CriticalPath Communications is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves a combination of office work and the flexibility of working from home, making it ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospect new clients and business opportunities.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling our services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our telecom solutions, clearly explaining their benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid office/remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Background in telecom or construction is preferred but not required.
