How To Reset Your Password

and locate the “Forgot Your Password?” link.
Step 2
Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link to start the reset process.
Step 3
Enter your account email address and click “Request a New Password.”
Step 4
Check your email for the reset link. (Allow a few minutes; if not, check your spam folder.)
Step 5
Click the reset link in your email, create a new password, and then sign in with your new credentials.
If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
