How To Set Up Your Billing Accountt

  1. Step 1
    If you are responsible for Billing, please obtain your user information from your CriticalPath account contact. If unavailable, contact billing@criticalpathcommunications.com.
  2. Step 2
    After your email is provided, you'll receive an email from the CriticalPath Communications team that enables you to set up your Billing access.

    Within the email, click the Complete Registration link.

    This will take you to a landing page where you can create your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. After entering and confirming your password, click the Finish Registration button.

    Click the reset link in your email, create a new password, and then sign in with your new credentials.
